Bioidentical hormones are structurally the same as our own hormones that convey the same action and effect in the body and are used to restore normal physiologic functioning.

Hormone replacement can provide relief from symptoms of PCOS, PMS, perimenopause and menopause including inflammation, cognitive decline, hot flashes, vaginal dryness, irritability, difficulty sleeping and loss of libido.

Menopausal hormone replacement can support cardiovascular health, healthier distribution of fat, improved glucose metabolism, prevent osteoporosis, and improve brain function.

Small Intestional Bacterial Overgrowth is a common digestive condition that can lead to gas, bloating, diarrhea. We naturally have bacteria that live in our gut and are called our microbiome.  A healthy microbiome supports normal gut functions.  Excessive bacteria in the small intestine can be caused by GI infections, chronic use of antacids, immunodeficiency, celiac disease, aging, alcoholism, hypothyroidism, and many more.  It can lead to fatigue, poor absorption of minerals and nutrients, and bloating.

Low testosterone in men can lead to excess abdominal fat, loss of insulin sensitivity, reduced physical stamina, sexual dysfunction, neurodegenerative disorders, cardiovascular disease, and chronic inflammation.

Hummingbirds represent healing in Native American culture.  They also are symbols of resilience and our ability to overcome obstacles.  They remind us that challenges give us opportunities to begin healing anew.
