Initial consultation $250: initial 60 to 90 minute visit will include a thorough review of all of your medical intake forms, development of a functional medicine timeline, discussion of health goals and evaluation of current health status. This consultation includes a follow up visit to review any laboratory findings and discuss a personalized treatment plan.
Monthly membership fee $99
We are a concierge's medical practice. Your membership entitles you to fee free follow-up visits, laboratory discounts, free blood draws, discounts on supplements, 12-week step into wellness program, nutrition counseling, and direct access to providers on your wellness journey.​
